Title: Junior Technical Support & Senior Technical Support
Job Description:
• Installing and configuring computer systems.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
.........• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving software
faults.
• Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic
communications.
• Supporting new applications and setting up new users.
• Always updated in latest technologies.
Qualifications:
• Has a customer sense and know how to deal with an angry customer.
• Good experience in implementation, administration and troubleshooting.
• Windows 2003 Standard, Web Edition and Enterprise. (For senior position)
• Windows Vista.
• Windows XP professional.
• Organized and loyal.
Year of Experience Required: 0 – 5
